In the Zone!
RnRNA is now on sale in Phantom Zone, a store specialising in Rock 'n' Roll, Ninja and Aquairus related comics. We went and visted them in Parra yesterday. We fixed ourselves up real nice-like, and we had our speeches ready for the big sell. We were planning to say things like "we got into comics through this store" & "if you're not going to support us- a bunch a poor guys from the area- who are you going to support?". But the guy we spoke to was real cool, we didn't even need to beg- a simple head-job was all it took (just kidding). Parra took 5 copies off of us, and said that they are sending 2 to Chatswood and 1 to Wollongong. Yes!
We also took a drive to the city (Sydney), and tried our luck at Comic Kingdom and Kings. Comic Kingdom took one to read- but they got back to us today saying that our comic was not suitable for their customer demographic. We're still negotiating with Kings- but whatever happens we're happy. We got into the Zone, which has been one of our major goals. Plus Flick's Place in Campbelltown (ie: the people from Fight Comics) took some at Supanova. Cool, well...seeya.
