| Finding order# 1-inventory control 2-warehouse Inventory History 3-warehouse history inquiries 4-Display Inventory Transactions by item and warehouse. 5-go to the bottom of list look for the first productin rec. that shoud be the one for new inbounds |
| Maintain Outbound Type in order # go to the 10,20,30 etc. to look at the inventory display item date rev find wk # insert as many as needed for the order continue this until order is done print outbound data type in the order # tab once press enter twice print three copies or if needed materials from Fritzes print four. |
| To release outbounds maintain outbounds fix the quantity, lot, and locations that need it to fix quantity tab to quantity line insert right amout needed continue to the next to fix a lot you will have to delete the line that the products on and regenerate on it. tab down to where it says lot number and press ctrl B then find the right lot number that is written down then insert the right amount needed for the order then continue with order. to fix a location do the same as you by fixing a lot number, but just use the same lot and only fix location then go to the release outbound screen and release order. |
