Herald of Arms - This Office and title shall only be held by the head herald of each State Chapter. This Officer shall be chosen by the Head of the State Chapter and ratified by the Talbot Sovereign of Arms. There are four State Chapters recognized by His Majesty so there shall only be four Offices available in the College of Arms at this time.
