Pursuivant of Arms - This Office and title shall only be held by the head herald of each Household in a State Chapter. This Officer shall be chosen by the Head of the Household and ratified by the Herald of Arms of the State Chapter. Upon ratification of the Pursuivant of Arms the Talbot Sovereign of Arms will be notified at such time the Pursuivant of Arms will be given a special name by the Talbot Sovereign of Arms to denote his new title. i.e. Chevron Pursuivant of Arms.
There can only be as many Pursuivant of Arms as there are household in the Realm. So if there are only three household in a given State chapter there can only be three Pursuivants of Arms in that particular State Chapter.
