The Petitioning and Granting of Arms


    1. The achiever petitions the Office of Arms for a Grant of Arms stating the reason for request.

    2. The petition is reviewed by the Office of Arms.

    3. If the petition is denied, a written letter will be given to the petitioner stating the reason for denial.

    4. If the achievement is approved, the petitioner will submit a verbal or pictorial blazon of his or her arms for review by the Office of Arms.

    5. Blazon will be accepted as is or modified by the Office of Arms and recorded in the Roll of Arms. Letters patent will be finalized and Grant of Arms issued.
