Council of Barons
The Council of Barons consist of the Head of State, his staff, all advisors earned or honorary and the Sheriff�s of each Shire. The Council of Barons act as the leadership of the State, and as such implement the policies and procedures of the Royal Order of Chivalry on a State level. The Council of Barons also serve as a court of appeal when any member of the the Earldom of IronWood requests a re-evaluation of a ruling of the Head of State, or any other matter that the Head of State so deems to include them in. This court of appeal is not binding, but advisory.
