Just weeks before Allister McBane (mka: Private Joshua Palmer) was being shipped off to Iraq he was knighted on January 2, 2004. There was not enough time to put together an official State Court to dub him with the proper pomp and ceremony befitting a knight of the Royal Order of Chivalry. His Excellency, Sir Hamish Lord MacKay Earl of IronWood finding it improper to send a squire to do a knight�s job hastily prepared a vigil and Sir Allister McBane was dubbed on an early and unusually mild winter morning on a battlefield in the petrified forests of IronWood.
