Princess Necklace
Want to feel like a princess? (or at least minor royalty?) This pretty necklace is a good choice when those ruby, emerald, and diamond crown jewels just don't fit the bill. To make this necklace, you will need size 11/0 beads, and around 50 druks.

STEP 3
To start off with, you will need to make singles from the Double Diamond Stitch You'll require 9-12 of the large and small diamond pieces, (Steps 1-7). You can use any color combination that you like--the light and dark colors in this example will highlight important steps down the road.
Attach a clasp (in the finished example at the top of the page, I used a ribbon clasp). Next, string 8 beads, 1 druk, then another 8 beads. Next, go through the top bead of your small diamond (shown as the dark green bead in this example). Continue in this fashion until it is the desired length. Finish by stringing 8 beads, 1 druk, then 8 more beads.
Tie on a new thread at the clasp. String 8 beads, 1 druk, 8 beads. What next? Well, you'll just have to go to the next page to find out.
I'm more of a serf than royalty, really
I'm a princess (or a queen) dammit!
