Proton Satria Neo CAMPRO Supercharged
Non-intercooled supercharger system making 176hp @0.5bar boost!
The supercharger system was originally done by FTD performance and optimized by us.
Unichip also controls extra fuel injector and electronic bypass valve to maintain good fuel economy.

Mitsubishi Lancer GT Turbo kit using TD05H-20G turbocharger
Turbo begins to spool at 2,200rpm progressively all the way to redline, maximum boost of 0.4 bar.
CVT transmission seems to cope well. Unichip takes care of the MIVEC, fuel, ignition and boost.

Nissan Murano 2.5 Turbo kit
Custom hybrid turbocharger specially for low boost application. Max boost of 0.5 bar almost doubles horsepower from stock!
Unichip maintains proper air/fuel ratio and correct ignition timing at all times.

PERODUA MYVI 1.0 turbo 
The customer brought in a turbocharged 3 piston 1.0 liter VVTi Myvi which was done elsewhere without any engine management. As usual, Unichip Q and turbo module was fitted.
Unichip Q provides proper fuel and ignition timing and also manages closed loop control so that the engine does not run lean under boost.



Power and torque [at the crank]
Power is smooth thru out the rev band with maximum boost at 0.6bar from a TD025.
If you have a BOT car that does not run well, come talk to us. We can tune it so that it drives like a stock factory turbocharged vehicle.

 


PROTON SAVVY 1.2AMT TURBO
This Proton Savvy was turbocharged in the east coast and brought over to our shop for tuning.
Unichip Q and turbo module were fitted. Unichip Q provides proper fuel and ignition timing and also
manages closed loop control so that the engine does not run lean under boost.
Power and torque [at the wheels] Engine horsepower and torque is about 12% more!
By comparison a lightly modded savvy with headers and crankpulley makes 74hp at the wheels!
Unichip turbo tuned Savvy makes 118hp at the wheels with just 0.4bar. That is 60whp increase! Engine is 100% stock.
High Compression + Low boost = High Power + Best economy !

 


 

BMW 520i 2.2L E60 Local model
Power and torque [at the wheels] Engine horsepower and torque is about 18% more!
Engine was running way to rich resulted in high fuel consumption and sluggish power.
Unichip corrected this. The car now sings away with very good mileage!

Toyota Estima 2.4VVTi
Power and torque at engine. Unichip unleashed an astonishing 15hp more! Unichip also turned the lazy automatic gearbox into sports mode gearbox. Slightest tap on the accelerator downshifts the engine quickly which gives a lot more overtaking power. Close your eyes and you would think you are driving a manual car!

Mods fitted: Hotbits extractor and exhaust and ground wires.
Car has torque and power increase across the rev band.
Air fuel ratio has been optimized for maximum torque and power (13:1)
Ignition timing also has been optimized for better response and fuel consumption.
Who says the GEN2 ECU cannot be tuned?

Car was previously fitted with Power Enterprise CAM-CON. and showed 1hp gain!
It was then fitted and tuned with UNICHIP.
This car has extractors fitted and power is still climbing at 7,000 rpm

Mercedes Benz '95 S320 UNICHIPed!
Old people still enjoy the extra power!!
Don't play play this 3.2L DOHC 24 valve engine yields over 200bhp at the wheels,
Also the low rev sluggishness has disappeared.

Volvo S70 2.0T UNICHIP TUNED
Stock boost was 0.4 bar, no matter how the turbo is bled, ECU always brings the boost back down. This car uses drive by wire system. However Unichip manages to overcome this. The car now runs 0.8 bar and gain a whopping 70bhp! at the wheels. Power at wheels and Torque.
