| This is the story of a 17 month old baby. (Grandson of UWA's own Michael Porter) A baby who has never had the chance to see a sunrise, Who has not been blessed with the ability to be able to look back into his families face and has never even seen what his own Mother looks like. Andrew Graham has been blind since birth. His condition is called "Bi-Lateral Hypopatiaza Optic Nerve" Which more simply means the nerve endings are there but dead. Andrew had been seen by U.C.D Davis and has had MANY tests that the families medical insurance does not cover. The tests were nescessary but very expensive. By raising money (which will be put into a trust medical fund for young Andrew) we hope to help Andrew's family in the costly treatments and procedures that someday will allow Andrew to do what we all take for granted. See the world, See his family...To see what we all can see and he can ONLY HEAR. This is my plea to anyone reading to please do anything you can. a dollar helps. I have met this child, and Mike Porter is a very good friend to me and UWA. I will do EVERYTHING I can do to help Andrew and his family to get through this trying time.
