BUT NOT COFFEE DRINKERS!!
Heres my story about poor consumer support that I received in dealing the VW Canada recently.
This article highlights the following points:
* VW has a poorly designed (some might say DANGEROUS) coffee cup holder.
* VW has an aftermarket solution to the problem that is overpriced.
* VW Canada has no interest in making a new customer happy over a very small matter.
We are proud owners of a new 2002 VW Jetta TDL.
However, on the first day of ownership, my wife spilled a full cup of coffee on the floor. This occurred when she was moving her hand from the gear shift knob to the steering wheel.
As you can see from the photo to the left the innovative pop out of the dash coffee cup holder positions the coffee cup directly in the hand path.
