[scene opens with Bullet pulling his car in front of his gym in Los Angelos. He shuts the car off. as he opens the door james Slade comes runnning out of the gym. Slade gets to the car as Bullet is standing up.]
James Slade:don't get out yet. Rachael isn't here. Hop back in. We got to talk anyways.
[Bullet gets back into the car and Slade jumps into the passenger side. Bullet starts the car and they take off.]
James Slade:The reason shes not here is cause she took Bobby to the hospital.
Bullet:Bobby? Who the hell is Bobby?
james Slade:Thats the guy who you beat up.You beat his ass pretty good. his face bruised right up after you left.
Bullet:He deserved it. he was hugging my wife.
James Slade:No he didn't. do you remember at your wedding when rachael said there was one more brother that she had but couldn't come because he was in the army?
Bullet:Ya....No it couldn't be.
james slade:Yes. The one brother that none of us have met.
Bullet:But he wasn't wearing his army clothes. And why didn't Rachael tell me he was coming?
James Slade:She didn't know. He suprised her. As a matter fact when we walked in on them was when he suprised her from behind. Thats why she turned so quick and hugged him. Think about it how long have you two been together?
Bullet:well we have been married a year next month.
James slade: and I know that you guys met atleast a year before then. I remember going on double dates when you two first met. And it was a while before then since the last she saw Bobby.
Bullet: I feel like such a ass now. everything that has been going on I have been flipping out. What am I going to do now?
James Slade:First thing you need to do is talk to Rachael. And you have to apologize to Bobby.
Bullet:How is he doing?
james Slade: From the looks of him it doesn't appear to be anything broken. Just a lot of bruises.
Bullet:Rachael is gonna kill me. especially after whar I just did.
James Slade:Oh no. Don't tell me you...
Bullet:NO. I did not go have a affair. I know how that feels and I never want to cause her so much pain. when I saw her hugging Bobby, my heart dropped. I have never felt so betrayed in my life.
James Slade: Then what did you do?
Bullet:I did one thing she told me to never do. I went out and bought a Harley.
james Slade:Thats it? haha. You'll be fine with that.
Bullet:I don't know. She always says how much she hates them.
james slade:HAhaha. You just beat the shit out of her brother and you're worried about what she thinks of you going out and getting a Harley? Thats the least of your worries my friend. what you need to do is get to the hospital and talk to Rachael and Bobby.
Bullet: I agree. But I do have to make a quick stop before though.
[scene fades to black then picks up at the hospital. Bullet and Slade are standing outside the room. Bullet has a dozen roses in his hand. They finally walk into the room and see Bobby laying on the bed and Rachael sitting in the chair next to it. Bobbys face is extremely bruised. Both eyes are blackened. His cheeks are swollen. Rachael looks up and sees Bullet. A confused look comes over her face. She looks as though she wants to run to Bullet but is unsure if she should. An awkward silence fills the room. then Bullet finally breaks it.]
Bullet:Rachael these are for you. I want to talk to you. But before that can you leave me and bobby here alone?
Rachael:You're not gonna..?
Bullet:No. James told me.
[Rachael gives Bullet a hug. she accepts the flowers. Rahael then begins to walk out of teh room. Bullet turns and signals for slade to go with her. bullet walks over to teh side of the bed and sits in the chair. He offers his hand to Bobby. bobby just passes him off. Bullet puts his arm down.]
Bullet: I know I deserved that. I know we got off on the wrong foot. But I want to make everything right. There is a lot going on in Rachaels lives the past few weeks. I know thats really not a excuse for my actions. I plan on making everything right between us though. All these medical bills you will have. Consider them taken care of. Anything that you need feel free to contact me.
Bobby:Damn straight you will be taking care of all of that. Do you realize what you did? you put your hands on a officer in the United States Army. I could have your ass in jail right now. But because of Rachael i won't do it.
Bullet:I appreciate that. But how about we start new. I mean we do share a few things in common. We do have the same name and more importantly a love for Rachael.
Bobby:That is true. I'll give you a second chance. But thats it. You fuck up one more time and you are done.
Bullet:I can see your reason in that. But let me just explain the reason I have been over reacting on things lately. Two weeks ago at a wrestling show Rachael keeled over in pain. we didn't know what was wrong so I took her stragit to the hospital. After being scared to death we found out the greatest news. She was pregnant.
Bobby:Rachael's pregnant? I'm gonna be a Uncle?
Bullet:Listen. She had troubles with her pregnacy. She lost the baby that night. Neither of us have been the same since that night.
Bobby:Oh. I am starting to understand now.
Bullet:Yes. Thats why I have been teh way I have been. Everything has been so stressful. And this Sunday I have the biggest night of my career. But as I said everything you need is covered. But I ma going to go talk with Rachael. I'll send my partner, James, in here to keep you company. Again I am sorry for what happened.
[Bullet puts his hand out. This time Bobby shakes it. Bullet walks out of the room. He turns the corner and walks over to Slade and Rachael.]
Bullet:Everything is cool between me and Bobby. but you and I really need to talk, Rach. James could you go in there and keep bobby company?
james Slade: no prob man.
[Slade walks back into the room. Rachael and bullet then walk down the hall]
[The scene fades to black and then picks up in the cafeteria of the hospital. Bullet and rachael are sitting at one of the tables in the corner of the room.]
Bullet:Just listen. all I can really say is I'm sorry. I know I flew off the handle. I don't know what I am doing sometimes anymore. everything is so stressful and I am not so sure I can take it anymore. What I did to Bobby is wrong. That was something you did not need to see.
[rachael puts a finger over Bullets mouth.]
Rachael:shh. I know the last few weeks have been hell for the both of us. But we can't keep doing this. we can't keep going on like this. we don't talk that much anymore. We don't spend time together anymore. we have to fix this.
Bullet:all I know is I love you more than anything. I don't want to lose you. But what I felt when I saw you hugging that man. That was the worst feeling I have ever felt. The thought of you being with someone else. I couldn't take it.
Rachael:I would never cheat on you. You should know that.
Bullet:I know. but do this. Think things over. Make a list for me. Figure out what we both deserve.
Rachael:what do you mean?
Bullet:what do you wnat to see from me?
[Rachael grabs a napkin. she pulls a pen out of her purse. She begins to make a list. Once she is done she hands the napkin to Bullet.]
Rachael:This isn't easy for me.
the napkin reads:
1)Honesty
2)Sincerity
3) Tenderness and Trust.
4)A little less time for the rest of the world and more for the two of us.
5)Kisses each morning
6)I love yous at night.
7)Just like it used to be, The way life was when you were still in love with me.
[Tears begin to fill Bullets eyes. He tries to fight them back. he looks dead in her eyes.]
Bullet:I don't know where to start.
Rachael:Everything on that list in your hand is written somewhere in your heart.
Bullet:I see you have been listening to Rodney Atkins again. I will try my best. I love you. I am still in love with you. I will do better. I will take this list and..
Rachael:Just shut up and kiss me.
[Bullet leans over and they begin to kiss. the scene fades to black one last time.]
The past week has been hell. Blind rage started it. Confusion set in only to bring on remorseful. In the end everything turn out fine. But is it too late? Will Bullet be able to focus on his match? Tons of titles are on the line and opportunities fill his night. If he pulls out what he did to Bobby then I would have to watch out for him. Opponents beware. Bullet is starting to straighten out his personal life. Now he is a loose cannon and s coming for you.
