Important Rule STUFF
LINE-UPS
If  your line up is not given to me or the web site by 8PM the day before game time, then I will use your line up from the previous week.(NO EXCEPTIONS)  Take note of early games on Thursdays, Saturdays, etc. I will just need the players in those games if you don�t give me any players and you had players from last week�s line-up then those players get played.   Please try to get them to me as soon as possible, to make my job a little easier, I would really appreciate it. (If for some reason your player slips and falls in the shower before game time and you contact me, and the person you are playing, at least 1 hour before game time , the change will be allowed. It will not be my job to get in touch with the team you are playing.).
IF you don�t call your line up in, on the third time you lose all winnings and your team. Also the co-comish will play your guys for the remainder of the season and if by chance you make the play-offs the next team in line takes your place.

NOTES:
There are TEN teams, each drafting twenty-two players. That is a total of 220 players drafted.  There will be 30 QBs, 40 RBs, 50 WRs, 20 Ks, 20 KRs, 20 DBs, 20 DLs, and 20 LBs, all drafted that day.  �THINK ABOUT IT�
A team can hold no more than 22 players on a roster.  If you have more than 22 players, you must cut your roster the same day you picked up players.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  It is possible for a team to hold less than 22 players. Once the first week is over it does not matter how many players you have in each position it just matters that you don�t have more then 22.
IMPORTANT:
There will be 4 sets of supplemental picks.  Starting after the 2nd, 3RD, 5TH, 7th AND 9TH WEEK; Last place will pick first and first place will pick last.  If you pick a player up, you must cut a player if your roster exceeds 22.  All sup-picks must be made before the start of the next week, or they will be nullified.  Each sup-pick will be a $5.00 fee.  (one pick for 2nd week, two picks for 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th weeks. � MAKE THEM COUNT.)
ADDED RULE:
As long as you played the player in your weekly line up and he scores a TD via kr/pr then that player will receive 5 extra points, unless the player was slotted in the kr/pr position in which case they will receive 25 points.
NEWrule:
Sup picks will go as followed� Teams picking 1 to 5 will pick on Tuesday starting at noon giving each team 2 hours to make their pick through emailing the league. Tuesday will start at noon and end at 10pm, again allowing each team a 2 hour window via internet. Then 6 to 10 will pick on Wednesday using the same method as Tuesday. The second round will be on Thursday and it will start at 10am and end at 8pm giving each team a 1 hour window to make there selection. Understand you have to use the internet so every team knows who was selected. It will be each team�s responsibility to read the weekly sheet and know what position they are picking in. Note: In the event that you don�t make a selection in that allotted time then the next team may select 5 minutes into there allotted time frame. When the prior team decides to make a selection they simply email it out to the league ASAP so that every team ahead of them knows that player is off the board. I know this change might not be wonderful for some teams but I am willing to try this and see how it fairs. If you don�t have accesses to a computer call me or someone in the league that can email it out for you.
TRADING:
Trading between teams will be allowed (for a fee of $5.00 per player, not per team) until week 11 starts.  Once it starts there will be no more trading allowed.  The players that were cut can still be picked up. All transactions must be approved by me, the Commissioner (GREG K) and � Co-Commissioner).  If either one thinks the trade is made in bad faith, the trade will not be allowed. [Example:  D Brees for B Farve = $10.00 fee]
WAIVERS:
Once players are cut, they are put on the Waiver List.  Waivers can be picked up the whole season.  Waivers will be a $5.00 fee. If you pick a player off waivers you must drop a player unless you have less then a 22 player roster.
POINT KEEPING:
All points will be kept by ME (GREG) and the web site.  The US Today will be the only newspaper that I use to keep track of the points. If the US Today does not say it, it did not happen.  (Please feel free to keep track of your own points and at any time ask questions.  I am human.) This will be the 3rd year with the web site, so remember to use it. If you use the site right it can email everyone your line up, so use the web site and get comfortable with it because it really is awesome�
PRE-DRAFT:
Pre-draft will be at my house Sunday the 13th at 5:30/6pm. We will need at least 6 of the 10 team members to show up to pull numbers for draft positions but that will not be your team number. We will also pull team numbers.
DRAFT DAY:   SUNDAY, Aug. 27th, 2006 8:30/ 9am sharp at my house (476-4526).
The 1st round will stay in the order pulled, and then reverse like below...

NOTE THE PLAYERS YOU DRAFT ARE THE PLAYERS YOU DRAFT. IF A PLAYER YOU DRAFTED IS WAIVED, CUT, JAILED, OR HAS A SEX CHANGE TOUGH SHIT. ONLY IF HE IS KILLED WILL WE ALLOW YOU TO CHOOSE ANOTHER PLAYER, BUT NOT IF THEY KILL THEMSELVES AND ONLY UP UNTIL THE START OF WEEK ONE.  
RULE CLARIFICATION ON INJURIED PLAYERS (RELATING TO LINE UPS)�
Your line up is due by 8pm the day before the games being played.  Now if you have a guy injured on game day and it says he is out for the day on TV (example ESPN), you can email everyone by noon that day to make the change.  (example�so if you have someone questionable at a 4pm game, for instance, then it will probably be more safe to play the guy playing that is not injured.  If this is not clear enough, please email me any questions.  Example A:  S. Alexander is a game time decision, if by noon you find out he is for sure not playing, then you can change him out by emailing everyone by noon.  (12:01 pm, by my computer at home, in case my PC is off by a minute.  Example B:  C. Brown is questionable and after 8pm the night before game time, say midnight, you decide you don�t want to take that chance�tough shit.  You have to hope he ends up out before noon so you can email everyone, or hope he plays so that you don�t have to change anything.  Example C:  L. Suggs is questionable/game time decision, and you have T. Jones and K. Jones on your roster, so you play them instead of playing Suggs and having to go through Example A or B�you cannot change to Suggs  because you like that match up better and you found out he is playing for sure before noon.  Questions�call me 954-673-3455.

PRIZES�& PLAY-OFFS�
There are two division, 1,2,3,4,5 and 6,7,8,9,10. The teams with the best record win there division and a bye in week 14 which is the 1st week of the play-offs. The teams with the second best records in each division also make the play-offs plus the two teams with the most points out of the rest make the play-offs. All six teams must submit a line up to have a chance at the $50 for high points that week. Whom ever has a better record or more points out of the two teams with the second best records plays the team with the least amount of points out of the two wild card spots, then the other two play each other. Then the team with the worst record or least amount of points out of the two winners plays the bye team with the best record or most points.
1st place $850
2nd place $500
3rd & 4th each get $125
$50 goes to team with highest points for the first 13 weeks. The 14th week also gets $50 for high points out of the six teams who make the play-offs. Weeks 14 & 15 are play-off weeks. Week 16 is the super bowl.
The rest of the money that is collected will get separated into these categories: (minus the 50 for the web site and 50 more to winnings of 1st to 4th )
Team with the best record. 25%
Team with the most points. 25%
Team with the single most points scored in one week. 15%
Team with the single most points from a single player. 15%
Team with second best record and second most points each get 10%.
