This website is probably one of the worst business websites I have ever come across.
Firstly the site doesn't make use of fluid elements, therefore page content is not always centered or placed to suit your browser size.
The biggest problem with the use of space on this site is that practically everything is placed on the index page. Not only this but a lot of the images on this page do not even make good use of their spaces within the interface boxes they were meant to be placed in. You often get to see images popping out of their boxes and even overlapping other text boxes, such as the main navigation bar.
Very little space has been use for the text, which is has been crammed in to any space it could find. I find this site very confusing to navigate and feel as if it is shouting at me from all directions.

"With so much content vying for attention it’s initially impossible for the eye to settle on one thing. People get confused and people leave. Pages with lots of disparate material means you have failed to organize your site properly -- probably a combination of not planning your site and poor navigation."
(Vincent Flanders, www.webpagesthatsuck.com)

Finally if your monitor happens to be set to 800x600 the user will need to scroll vertically across the screen in order to view the whole page. This is one of the most annoying ways people can abuse their option to have side scrolling on their site.

The Site does attempt to be organized however, with all those images and getting in the way of the potentially good interface, the end result is one big mess of a site.
