By his own record, not much is known about Arroq, the steadfast Spherisian special operative for the Interplanetary Alliance. Research and dating places his date of creation between 2850 and 2950, in the central-western hemisphere of Spheris. In seems that, despite his lack of recollection of his youth, ---everybody--- knows the story of Arroq joining the Interplanetary Alliance: In 2961, he single-handedly rescued fifteen people from a renegade Zentraedi group's attack on New Praxis. However, the injuries he sustained in the grounds of New Praxis forced him into unconsiousness, and it was only in an Alliance rescue cruiser several days later that he learned he had rescued the Kabarran and Praxian members of the Local Group High Council. After that, Arroq accepted an offer to provide security for high-ranking Alliance and Local Group officials, and was assigned the title of "Special Operative," a rank which gives him immunity from the normal chain of command, and sends him to all ends of the Alliance's reach on missions which require superior strength and skill.
