Diversity
Diversity is a great coat that anyone should be proud to wear as, as it is a coat that can be warm in winter a light jacket to keep you dry in the rain it is a coat of many colors stitched together with the thread of many beliefs creeds and Ideas but some would not wear this coat of many colors they fear of its meaning they would love to tear it apart or let it rot or be chewed through they would try to burn it and all those who would dare to wear it.
But the strength of the coat is in its diversity and tolerance of its diversity where the weakness of those who would destroy it is their inability to see the world in all its colors they fail to see what could be.
The patches are colors and patterns black patches next to white patches patterns that defy description that represent so many things and though there are those who fear of this coat it bears patches that represent them for diversity is all of us. |
