The 10 second tour came about while trying to entertain food lines and running out of songs for the crowd to sing.  Someone actually stopped me and asked if I could give them a tour while they were waiting in line.  Remembering what someone had suggested earlier that day as to what I could do for a quick tour. I took a deep breath and asked if anyone would like to go on a 10 second tour of the realm.  The entire line said yes and here's what I said, " Welcome to King Richard's Faire.  This is the realm (waving my cane around in a grand circle)  and I hope you have enjoyed your day here at King Richard's Faire!"  The crowd loved it so much they made me do it again.
