| This Cartoon was published 10-10-2003. It is simply an illustration of the strict enforcement of UTM's parking tickets. I'm not terribly proud of the art of this cartoon I was rather hasty in creating it. Which explains the terrible perspective on the bottom panel. Is the guy laying on his back or what? oh well its apparent he has no money to pay for his numerous parking tickets nor can he pay to have the boot removed from his car. |
