The first panel is of a girl deciding to skip her weight watchers meeting, and is then seen in the second panel indulging in chocolate.
The third panel is a very pop culture joke. The comedy central show South Park's chef is seen with chocolate balls in front of him (that are also a bit hairy).
The reference is to one of the South Park episodes where Chef invents a new desert called "Chef's chocolate salty balls," I couldn't write that in the paper, and get away with it so I just alluded to his big chocolate salty balls.
You might find it offense vulgar or stupid, but my little brother would be on the floor.
The chocolate festival is a Student Activities Council promoted event where students and the community are invited to the school's university center to eat and play with chocolate.
