Born March 10, 1977, Robin Thicke is the son of actor/songwriter Alan Thicke (he wrote the theme songs to many shows including the Facts Of Life) and singer/actress Gloria Loring (best known for her 90's hit Friends and Lovers and her role on Days Of Our Lives).
Thicke began writing songs for artists such as Brandy when he was just 16. He went on to write and produce songs for Jordan Knight, Christina Aguilera, BBMAK, and Michael Jackson among others before signing his third record deal with Nu America and creating his own album.
