I met Sherry in 1955 and 2 months later were married. Then shortly after we had a litle girl, we named her Cynthia she was born in Feb of 1958. We lived in a very small house on Little Pocket in Dallas, Tx. About 2 yrs later we had another child and it was a boy, we named him Rickie he was born in September of 1960. Some time after that we had the chance to buy our own house in 1962. It wasn't very big but did the job of putting a roof over my famiys head's. It was located on Forney rd in Dallas, Texas.
I was a truck driver and antique dealer for many years, and this is one of the ways our famiy got to see all the states. We took our daughter and son and 2 dogs on the road for 6 weeks staying in motels and hotles along the way.
After the kids had moved out we bought another house a couple houses down from ours. Fixed it up and moved into it and then sold the old one. A couple more years down the line we had the chance to move to Corpus Christi, Texas were we now reside. I have even owned my own plane. Even tryed running for city concile seat, but didn't win and kinda glad for now. Cause like traveling with wife to "Jamboree's". (Jamboree's are 3 day parties with a citizen band radio group.) We have lots of fun and make lots of frineds every where we go.
