Frankie dresses up as Juliet because later that evening, she will be meeting her boyfriend at a concert where he will be dressed up as Romeo. Brad thinks this is romantic as hell and he knows that Frankie came out here and risked her relationship and now she is going home to salvage what she can.
Frankie says her "going home" is her way of admitting that she screwed up. She will now face what she did and make it better. Jacquese is really going to miss her and he hopes that she can find what makes her happy. The roommates bid her adieu at the airport and go back to the house to commence their Halloween celebration.
