15-gon
Given circle O, construct 15 points on circle O.

Step 1. Construct a diameter through circle O. Draw a perpendicular bisector through the diameter, calling the intersection with it and the circle A.
Step 2. Draw a circle centered at A, with radius AO. Circle A intersects circle O at C.
Step 3. Find M, the quadrasect of diameter O (1/4th the diameter). Construct a circle at M, and with radius AM. Circle M intersects diameter O at B.
Step 4. At point A, draw another circle with radius AB. Circle A intersects circle O at P2.
Step 5. Draw a circle at C with radius CP2. The intersection of circle C and circle O is P1.
Step 6. P1 and P2 are two points of the 15-gon.
