Energetic blocks or patterns are contained within all of our bodies physical and subtle. They can be put there by your inner child. or any part of your soul in a time of distress.   The important thing is they come with you from lifetime to lifetime, gathering strength reinforcing; they stop you from moving forward in life, hindering your spiritual progress. You may try very hard to clear a particular issue, but find you keep going round and round in circles, that is because you have a powerful energetic block in place. These blocks distort our view of reality.
