Rebuilt, plus new boilers and other repairs $85,000, renamed Frederick.

Frederick placed in lay-up by Merchants and Miner's for several years.

Frederick sold to the United States Steamship Company for $90,000.

Frederick arrived Archangel, France in January with wartime supplies.
