This kind of sky diving is called "Tandem jumping" and it has
another person who is an experienced instructor jumping with you.
You free fall for 10,000 feet and then float down for the last 5,000 feet.

Its amazing how much you can steer a parachute.
you can actually make it stall for a moment in mid air. that was an amazing experience.
yes, i think the 5 minutes of parachuting are a lot more enjoyable than the one minute of free fall which passes very quickly. but overall its more of a feeling of floating in air than falling because the ground is so far away.
