Entered Into Eternal Rest Thursday, December 16, 1965 Henrietta, Texas - Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon at First Baptist Church for Otto Haberman, 75-year-old Clay County cattleman, who died Thursday morning at his home in Henrietta.  Officiating was Rev. J. A. Netherland, pastor of Primitive Baptist Church in Wichita Falls.  Burial was at Bluegrove Cemetery under direction of Hawkins Funeral Home of Henrietta.  Born Oct. 22, 1890 in Brewster, Minn., Haberman came to Clay County in 1920 and moved to Henrietta in 1947.  Survivors include his widow, Myrtle; four daughters, Mrs. Opal Lindsay  of Cresson, Tex., Mrs. Addie Bray of Henrietta, Mrs. Loretta Clark of Henrietta, and Mrs. Nina Crow of Fort Worth; three sons, Raymond of Irving, James of Bluegrove, and Dewey of Waskum, Tex.; one brother Rudolph of Henrietta; three sisters, Miss Mary Haberman and Mrs. Fannie Johnson, both of Kerrville, and Mrs. Agnes Jordan of Sherman; 23 grand- childrenand 13 great-grandchildren.  
DEWEY HABERMAN
Services Held For Bluegrove Native Funeral services for Dewey Haberman, 40, of Houston, a native of the Bluegrove Community and son of Mrs. Myrtle Haberman and brother to Mrs. Raymond Bray, Mrs. Loreta Clark and James Haberman, all  of Henrietta, were held Monday, Nov.15, at 1pm from the Foley Funeral Home Chapel, Houston.  Burial was in the Brookside Cemetery, Houston, under direction of the Houston funeral home.  Mr. Haberman passed away around 12:30 pm Saturday in a Houston hospital of injuries received in a fall while filling a gasoline truck at a plant dock around 9pm Thursday.  He was employed as a wholesale gasoline truck driver by Texaco Oil Company, Houston.  A former resident of Henrietta, he had resided in Houston for approximately five years.  Mr. Haberman was born on Sept. 29, 1931, south of Bluegrove, a son of Mrs. Myrtle Haberman and the late Otto Haberman.  He attended the Midway and Henrietta Schools.  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lillie Haberman of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Pat (Patricia) Warner of Fort Ord, Cal., Miss Paula Haberman and Miss Nina Ruth Haberman, both of Canyon;one son, Preston Haberman of Canyon; three step-children, Mike, Brenda, and Joe Barfield, all of the home; his mother Mrs. Myrtle Haberman of Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Henrietta; four sisters, Mrs. Addie Bray and Mrs. Clark, both of Henrietta, Mrs. Monroe (Opal) Lindsay and Mrs. J. W. (Nina) Crow, both of Fort Worth; two brothers, James Haberman of Henrietta, and Raymond Haberman of Fort Worth; and two grandchildren.  Preceding Mr. Haberman in passing were his father in December, 1965, and one brother[should be son], Russell Haberman in 1968.  
ORA MYRTLE (McBRIDE) HABERMAN
Mrs. Ora Haberman's Services HeldMrs. Ora Haberman, 81 a pioneer resident of Clay County, passed  away Friday, December 27, in Clay County Memorial Hospital, Henrietta,  following a short illness.  Services were at 2pm Sunday from Henrietta First Baptist Church with Rev. Cordell Bales, pastor, and Rev. James Neatherlin of Holiday Creek Primitive Baptist Church, Wichita Falls, officiating.  Burial was in Bluegrove Cemetery under direction of Hawkins Funeral Home of Henrietta, Pallbearers included Conner Fletcher, Bobby  Scheer, Lonnie Peden, Joe Ben Whitaker, John McGee and Kenneth Faulkner.  The former Miss Ora Myrtle McBride was born on Dec. 22, 1893 at Luling and married to Otto Haberman on Feb. 28, 1912, at Mount Zion, Cooke  County.  They engaged in farming in the Brown Community west of Bluegrove for a number of years prior to moving to Henrietta in 1947. Mr. Haberman passed away Dec. 18, 1965.  A resident of Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Henrietta, the past five and one half years, Mrs. Haberman was a member of Holiday Creek Primitive Baptist Church, Wichita.  Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Addie Bray and Mrs. Loretta Clark, both of Henrietta, and Mrs. Opal Lindsay and Mrs. Nina Crow, both of Fort Worth; two sons, James Haberman of Henrietta and Raymond Haberman of Fort Worth; one brother, Henry McBride of Graham; twenty-two grandchildren; and twenty-five great-grandchildren.  Preceding Mrs. Haberman in passing was one son, Dewey Haberman. 
WILLIE LINDSAY
The Bowie News, 08 Dec 1964: Willie Lindsay Dies Suddenly      Funeral services for Willie Virgil Lindsay, aged 62, will be held at  the Owens-Brumley Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.  Rev. Pete Griffin, formerly of Bowie, will officiate, assisted by Rev. M.J. Gros of the Bible Baptist  Church.  Interment will be in Newport Cemetery under direction of  Owens-Brumley Funeral Home of Bowie.     Lindsay, a postal employee and a resident of Bowie and Montague County  for the past 30 years, died shortly after noon Tuesday at the Bowie Hospital. He entered the hospital earlier in the day.  He was born in Oklahoma on  January 30, 1902.  He is survived by his wife, Carrie, of the home; two  daughters, Mrs. Roy W. Williams of Bowie and Mrs. P.E. Tarr of Dumas; one son, Curtis Lindsay of Bowie, and nine grandchildren.     Other survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Ola Mae Price of Henrietta,  Mrs. Pearl Southerland and Mrs. Minnie Reaves of Fort Worth; and three  brothers, Otis and Monroe of Fort Worth, and J.B. of Lubbock.  Pallbearers will be Barry Coffield, Norman Branson, Don Tomlinson, Tommy Hanson and  Curtis Garrett, all of Bowie, and Sidney Matlock of Post Oak.   
OLA MAE (LINDSAY) PRICE
The Bowie News, May 1988: Price, Henrietta      Former Henrietta resident Ola Mae Price, 84, died Saturday in an  Austin hospital (May 7, 1988).  Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday (May 10) at Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. George Topper, First United Methodist Church of Henrietta pastor, and the Rev. Howard Walker, First  Christian Church of Henrietta pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.     Price was born March 25, 1904, in Texas.  She was a former employee  of Olsen-Stelzer Boot Co.  She was a Methodist.  Survivors include one daughter, Martha Young of Round Rock, Texas; two sisters, Minnie Reaves and Pearl Southerland, both of Azle, Texas; two brothers, Monroe Lindsay  of Fort Worth and J.B. Lindsay of Shallowater, Texas; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

LINDSAY Monroe Lindsay, 79, passed away Wednesday.  Survivors: Wife,  Opal Lindsay; son Larry Lindsay; daughters and sons-in-law,  Essie and Lonnie Stembridge, Lucretia and Luther Young, all  of Fort Worth; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Charley  Bigbie, Bellevue; brother, J. B. CORA PEARL (LINDSAY) SOUTHERLAND
Newspaper?, Nov 1993: Cora Pearl Southerland, a former cook for the Azle school district,  died Sunday at an Azle nursing home.  She was 80.  Funeral will be at  2 p.m. today at White's funeral Home in Azle.  Burial will be in Azleland  Memorial Park.  Mrs. Southerland was born in Artesia, NM and had lived in Azle for  20 years.  Survivors: Husband, Clyde Southerland of Azle; three daughters,  Lois Anders of Azle, Pearline Brownlee of Weatherford and June Goode of Owensburg, KY; son, Wayne Southerland of Weatherford; sister, Minnie  Reaves of Briar; brother J.B. Lindsay of Lubbock; six grandsons; and five  great-grandchildren.
JOHN HALLAMEK
Died, June 16th, 1909.  John Hallamek, 87 years and 12 days, and the remains were interred in the Catholic cemetery at Brewster.  The funeral services were held for the Catholic Church in Brewster at 10:45 Friday morning Mr. Hallamek was born the 4th day of June 1822, at Alt-Moletein, Moravia, where he grew up to manhood, and when he was 27 years old he was pressed into the Austrian Army where he has served for nine years continnually, and then receiving a honerable discharge wended his steps toward his berth place where he established a Flour and Feed Business and than United in Marriage with Rosalia Pelzl in the year of 1854, living happily with his wife and family until the emmigration fever attacked him when he joined the steam of emmigration to the US of America, leaving his old home the 3rd day of May, 1876, arriving at Heron Lake,  May 25th, then settling on a homestead in the northeastern part of Nobles County.  He had built him a new home, but in the year of 1886 death tore his true help mate from him.  this union was blessed with seven children, of which three of them died in infancy in the Old Country and the remaining four that are left to mourn his death are as follows, Mrs Franziska Haberman at Collinsville, Texas, John H and Emery living on the old homestead and Mrs Asitha Gilomen living at Brewster.

Henrietta - Martha Young, 73, died Sunday, April 16, 2000, in Henrietta.  Services will be at 2:30pm today at First Christian Church in Henrietta with the Rev. Howard Walker, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Hope Cemetery under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.  Mrs. Young was a homemaker. 
Survivors include her husband, Lucian of Henrietta; two sons, David of Austin and Steve of Richardson, Texas; a sister Covie McIroy of Jolly; and three grandchildren.

Service for J B "Seven" Lindsay, 88 of Shallowater will be at 10 am. Monday at Franklin-Bartley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Venable officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Lindsay died Friday, May 14, 1999, at Covenant Medical Center.
He was born April 26, 1911 in Breckenridge.  He married Alta Sanderson on March 4, 1939 in Joy.  He had been a resident of Shallowater since 1987.  He drove a truck for Piggly-Wiggly Co., for four years, and then he was a lineman for J A C Electric Co-op for 15 years.  He drove a road grader for Cochran County Precinct 3 for 10 years until he retired in 1988.  He served during World War II in the United States Army.  He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Shallowater.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Carrel Enlow Lindsay of Shallowater; a daughter Kay Lindsay of Shallowater; a sister, Minnie Reeves of Azle; and a grandson.
The family will receive friends from 6p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Bedord -  R I Lindsay, 69, a bonding inspector, died Monday, July 5, 1999, in Branson, MO.
Funeral: 10 am Thursday at Shady Oaks Baptist Church, 1336 Cavender Ln., Hurst, 76053.  Graveside service: 4pm Thursday in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta.  Visitation: 6 to 8 pm. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.
R I Lindsay was born July 23, 1929, in Henrietta.  He worked for Bell Helicopter for 37 years and was a Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite.
Survivors: Wife, Evah Jean Lindsay; son, David Lindsay; daughters, Pam Cosselman, Karen Sinclair and Cindy Johnson; brother, Kenneth Lindsay; sister, Linda Hall; grandchildren, Kristi, Brian, Britney and Brent Sinclair, Shane and Jennifer Johnson, Shonda and Matt Tice, Shelley Johnson and Ryan and Jerrod Lindsay; and great-grandchild, Alyson Tice

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Watts Funeral Home with Kan Jaroz officiating.  Burial will be at 2 p.m. in St. Thomas Cemetery, Pilot Point, Texas.  Mr Haberman worked in the oilfield.

Azle -- Minnie L Reaves, 84, a homemaker, died Tuesday, May 1, 2001 at a Fort Worth hospital. 
Funeral: 2pm. Friday at White's Funeral Chapel in Azle.  Burial:  Azleland Cemetery.  Visitation: 9am. to 6 pm Thursday at White's Funeral Home in Azle.
Minnie Reaves, a longtime Tarrant County resident, was born in Cundiff.  She lived in the Azle area the past 37 years where she taught quilting for many years.  She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors:  Sons, Lloyd R Reaves of Lipan and Ronald Reaves of Azle, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
