parcels and all of his hdrght of 1280 acres except 221 acres sold previously
to B GOOCH.  A sur of 640 acres made for said DAVIDSON by Certif # 122
issued in 1840, being 11 miles NW of Clarksville, beginning at stake on North
bank of Pecan Bayou, and proceeding to road from Jonesboro to Clarksville.
Also sur 10 miles North of Clarksville and set out in deed.  Located on said
land is a steam sawmill, fistures, tools, etc, 1 wagon, 6 yoke oxen, etc
sold as consideration above mentioned.
