1 CUP FRESH BROCCOLI CHOPPED ADJUSTABLE SCOOP

2 TBSP. ONION CHOPPED (ABOUT 2-3 SLICES)

2 TBSP. RED PEPPER (ABOUT 1/2)

1/4 CUP 1 OZ GRATED PARMESAN (GREAT AND STORE)

1 CLOVE GARLIC

1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM (MEASURE ALL CUP)

1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE (MEASURE ALL CUP)

1/8 TSP. GROUND BLACK PEPPER

 

 

375F FOR 20-25 MIN.

 

-CHOP BROCCOLI, ONION, RED PEPPER (WITH FOOD CHOPPER AND PLACE IN SMALL BATTER BOWL)

-GRATE CHEESE AND ADD HALF TO VEGETABLES

-PRESS GARLIC INTO VEGETABLES

-ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS MIXING WITH (MIXEN SCRAPER)

-PLACE IN MINI BAKER
