    <directions>
      <step>Mix butter and sugar until creamy, add egg</step>
      <step>Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture, alternately adding milk</step>
      <step>Fill greased muffin tins half full</step>
      <step>Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees</step>
      <step>Brush with melted butter while hot and dip in mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon</step>
