Apartments, swimming pool, and a few slips at Hendricks Isle where we spent some time.  This life style will soon be a thing of the past as most of the small enterprises are being bought, torn down, and replaced by multi-million dollar units of expensive condos.  The  pre-construction price starts at $900,000!  The middle class is slowly being evicted from property near the beach and docks for cruisers are becoming more and more scarce.
