| For the inmates that are actually granted permission to eat in the cafeteria, they are brought through this courtyard on their way back to their cells for a brief period. As you can see, there isn't much they will get from this spot except a little fresh air! Inmates are given a total of 10 minutes here before being escorted back inside. |
