Terms

Please send a deposit of �120 payable to W. Robertson at time of booking. We will hold your booking for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. The person making the booking must be over 18 years old. Bookings can not yet be confirmed on the website. Bookings will either be confirmed by e-mail or by post.

Full payment is payable 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. If you are booking within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday payment in full is required at time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque. An information sheet, including directions, will be sent to you on receipt of final payment.

Holiday lets run normally from Saturday to the following Saturday. Entry can be gained after 4.00pm and the property must be vacated by 11.00am.

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing and made not less than 28 days prior to arrival date. Deposits will not be refunded unless the property is successfully re-let at the full price throughout the cancelled period. In the unlikely event of a property being unavailable for any reason the owners liability is limited to return of all monies paid.

Each cottage sleeps 5 people only. Additional people/children can be accomodated by agreement.

Smoking is permitted, but not in bedrooms. If possible the owners would be grateful if guests would smoke outside where an ashtray is provided.

Well-behaved dogs (2 maximum) are welcomed, but no cats please.

Visitors are requested to leave the cottages clean and tidy. Cleaning materials are provided for guests in each cottage. Please report any damage, breakage or missing items, as replacements, repairs must be made before new visitors arrive.
