Roberto Molina, a native of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, has been creating batik art for thirty-seven years. He studied art for four years at the Belles Artes School in San Miguel and later taught batik at the Instituto de Allende for twenty-two years. Señor Molina's work encompasses a variety of subjects including Mexican landscapes and people, Pre-Columbian, Mayan and Aztec themes.
