10/21/05 -- Wow, I lag.  Fast update...  Five months left to the wedding and so much to do.  My gown is here and perfect.  I ordered from rkbridal and highly recommend it.  Amy is doing our reception florals :-)  Our invites are here and I'm in the midst of addressing them.  My "to do" list grows longer by the day.  I do NOT recommend long engagements.  I'm all out of steam and tons left to do.  I hope the excitement picks up soon or I'll be getting married barefoot, lol.  Oh, and Robert and I are going to Vegas with our moms soon to try out some rehearsal dinner restaurants... yummy.
1/1/06 -- Happy New Year!!  Robert and I had a busy, but fun holidays.  We went to SF and saw Nickel Creek and Beach Blanket.  Robert ate a huge banana split at Fenton's in Piedmont.  We spent Christmas in Fresno and Torrance, and decorated the float again.  We spent a quiet new year's eve at home with the cat.  Robert leaves on 1/3 for a week-long bachelor party with several friends at his brother's place in Mammoth (lucky duck).  I'm starting a new job working with birth-three again in mid-January.  As for the wedding, we've lost both of our singers due to work engagements they cannot miss.  We will miss having them celebrate our day with us, but definitely understand.  We are hoping another friend can fill their shoes.
