| This dining room table is shown in African Padauk, which is a reddish-maroon color that is traditionally known as vermilion wood. The table is extendible with three leaves and has a lazy susan built-in on top. It can be made in many different woods. Alternatively, the base could be made to go with a glass round top, or with a marble top (see below). |
| The base of the table consists of 4 split turnings. The eight stems are connected near the mid-section by a "cloud motif" bar as well as a criss-crossed brace on top. |
