I guess i was not afraid to go portrait. There is a steep hill just across from the bay and a portrait shot was perfect for it. I thought i would throw in a left frame with the row of boats.

This is Meydenbauer Bay in Bellevue, WA

I used the three poles here as sencondary focal points. This also from Meydenbauer Bay in Bellevue, WA.

Used the columns on the left as lines to guide the eyes to the far wall. I guess i like the symmetry in this picture and the weathered cement on top of the bricked columns. this was taken at at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island, WA.

I thought this may provide a good example of how to lead a view, using left to right eye alignment. But really, and more to the point, i think this fence is really cool!!!. You may not be able to tell from this photo but most of the hands holding the chains have a slight angle to them and hold the chain in a slightly different fashion. A total suprise find !!!

I was walking towards the floating bridge when i came across this perfect framing example. These two pines make an interesting photo frame showing Lake Washington on a rare sunny day in Seattle. Lake Washington separates Seattle from the East side.

This is the I-90 floating bridge that connects Bellevue, Mercer Island and Seattle.
