Affedavit

My name is Tsegamlak Tekie. I am living in Nairobi Kenya. I am writing this testimony in support  my friend Robel's asylum application in the US. 

I fled to kenya when security agents searched my house without my presence after they arrest Alemu Jote, a close friend of mine accusing him that he has conspired
with Robel with an OLF with purported Eritrean Government support to sabotage the Airline.

The main reason Robel was accused is because of his ethnicity. Jealocy rivals used his association with Eritrean friends to accuse him sabotage the Airline. 
The security agents arrested and harassed Robel for this cause.

Our friends Solomon Gebremedhin and Mulugeta Mehari were sentenced together with Alemu Jote accused of conspiring with OLF with purported support with the Eritrean Government. 
They were  searching to detain Robel but he has already fled to US, they searched his house and taken documents. They also arrested his sister Alemtsehay Haddis and his uncle Amaha Gebremariam.

His Sister fled to yemen for fear of further harassment after she went out of prison.

If Robel is forced to return to Ethiopia, He will face the same persecution that our friends are suffering, even more because they wanted to threaten his life for his ethnicity and out of jealosy.
