                                               Your Rabbitry Name Guarantees:

Health:                                                                                                                                                            The health of your rabbit is guaranteed, there are no visible signs of disease (diarrhea, nasal or eye discharge, malocclusion, sore hocks, infections, wounds, abscesses, broken bones, other deformities). Please feel free to examine the rabbit. If your rabbit becomes sick, you may contact me and I will help you in any way I can.                                               

Age:                                                                                                                                                            Unless other wise specified, my rabbits are sold at 8 weeks or older. Under no circumstances will I sell rabbits under 6 weeks of age.

Sexing:                                                                                                                                                               I do my best to accurately sex my rabbits before they are purchased, but mistakes do happen. If I sex your rabbit incorrectly you can return the rabbit for a refund or replacement if the mistake negatively affects you or if the rabbit was purchased for a breeding program.

Behavior:                                                                                                                                                         I will not knowingly sell a "mean" rabbit, mean defined as  “vicious”. If you are having trouble with a rabbit please call me and the rabbit will be evaluated. I will provide any assistance and training help if you are having difficulties with your rabbit. I cannot usually give a refund for a rabbit with a behavior problem because most behavior problems can be corrected by loving, petting, and living conditions. Also keep in mind most behavior problems can be "cured" with spaying or neutering and maturity of the rabbit.                                                                                                                                                             

Unwanted Rabbits:                                                                                                                                           In order to prevent any of my rabbits from ending up abandoned in shelters or turned loose into the wild, I will accept back any rabbit you have purchased from me at anytime, but you will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement for any expenses you have incurred with the rabbit. If you return a rabbit to me, I ask you include their cage, equipment, and feed. You will not be given any money in return for providing the cage and accessories. I cannot reimburse you for the cage and accessories due to the fact that I have to provide housing for and care for the rabbit until I can find it a new home. If a new owner is found for the rabbit, the cage will be given to that owner. If you do not wish to furnish the cage with a rabbit return, I will have to charge $25.00 for the housing of the animal.  If for some reason I am unable to physically take the rabbit at the time I will assist you in finding a new home and at the earliest possible time physically take possession of the rabbit. Any rabbit must be returned in the same condition it left Your Rabbitry Name; no injuries or disease present, and having been well cared for. I usually only accept back rabbits that have been purchased from me. Unfortunately I am not able to accept all unwanted rabbits because, I have limited time, money, and space. Unwanted rabbits that were not purchased from me may or may not be accepted and twill be decided on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. I cannot accept any sick rabbits due the money involved in treatment and more importantly the risk of infection to my herd. Any rabbits returned to me will be quarantined for a length of time that I will determine and any rabbits that show any symptoms of illness may be put down at my discretion. I reserve the right to refuse to accept back any rabbit (whether it was purchased from me or not) for any reason and I reserve the right to, for any reason, keep, sell, give away, or put down any animal returned or surrendered to me.

Returns:  As stated previously I will refund or exchange any rabbit that I have miss-sexed that may negatively affect you or your breeding program, and I will accept back any unwanted rabbits. I reserve the right to decide whether or not to give a refund or exchange under any other circumstances.

I will do anything I can to help you. I also welcome updates on how my rabbits are doing. 

Recommendations:                                                                                                                                                You should spend time learning all you can about rabbit care. You can find rabbit care books in a library and you can find much information on rabbits on the internet.

Payment:                                                                                                                                                                                   I would prefer that you purchase your rabbit with cash. However, I will accept checks. Please understand that for security reasons, if you purchase your rabbits with a check, I will have to see a current, valid driver’s license and get your license number, name, address, and phone number. Any bad checks written to me are subject to a $35.00 charge, and may be prosecuted.
