Catch: GM's can choose to rename their arena after a chosen sponsor. This can be done at the beginning of each season, after an article is written to justify the name change and the fee is paid. The stipulation is that if the team is not at least .500 at home by the end of the season, the arena loses the sponsorship and arena capacity goes back to the minimum amount of seats.
