Conditional Draft Picks
This page will be used as a resource for GM's to help keep track of conditional draft picks. CDP's can be traded in any trade and are
defined as a draft pick that gets added to the deal if a certain condition is or is not met. It can be used as an equalizer in a deal, but only
the picks that are currently in the teams possession can be promised. This resource is for the added benefit to the GM's but will only
serve as a reference point. It is the GM's responsibility to claim their own conditional draft picks.CDP's will be categorized by season
  and by actual date.
  Season 1
1) Montreal Canadians / Hartford Whalers

If David Booth scores more points than Saku Koivu in Season 1,  the Canadians forfeit a 4th round pick in 2011 to the
Whalers. This deal is in effect as long as Koivu remains a Whaler.

     Date: March 10th, 2009.
