Challenges
Here are some of the challenges the contestants had to do.
Bungee
Ten contestants have to jump. If all of them jump they win 15.000
DM.
Off-Road-Race
Two contestants have no driving licence. They have to choose a
teacher out of the other 8 contestants. They get an hour to practise and then
they have to drive on a track. The track has been explored by the remaining
contestants. They have to report all difficulties. Both contestants get half an
hour to do the track. If the first driver wastes a lot of time, the second one
won't have much time left. They can win 15.000 DM
Survival
Five contestants make a trip to a survival camp in a desert.
After a long trip through a dry valley, they have to do several assignments. Put
up a tent, catch fish and clean it, milk goats and make fire. Meanwhile two
other contestants have to prepare a meal. The ingredients? Everything they can
find in the camp (fish, grass, weeds, worms, insects,...) They both have to eat
that meal too. The survival challenge is worth 10.000 DM
Labyrinth
It's midnight and very dark. The contestants have to run through
a maze in a corn field. They have to divide themselves in three duo's. A leader
and a follower. The leader has to guide the follower through the maze with a
walkie-talkie. Each duo gets 3 minutes. But there is a catch: in the maze is a
dangerous hunter. The challenge is worth 15.000 DM
Champions
Four contestants challenge four champions in four different
disciplines. The sports are: climbing, biking, archery and lawn bowls. Each
contestant has to choose against who he wants to play and at which discipline.
The only chance to win, is to make a good choice. They can win 10.000 DM
with it.
The Castle of Riddles
In a castle they have to solve three riddles twice. There are two
different tracks in the castle. Every track has the same three riddles. Only if
they solve the first riddle, they can go to the next one. For every mistake, 5
minutes are substracted. They can win 15.000 DM
Catamaran
The only thing the contestants know: They're going to sail.
Three contestants each sail on a catamaran and an instructor on sea. They learn
how to sail with such a catamaran. Then they hear:"The instructors will
now leave the boat! Try to reach the coast yourself!" They have an hour
to do so. The challenge is worth 15.000 DM
