The second Australian Mole
Episode 4
John was the second victim. Is there a pattern in the above picture?
Will Mal be next?
Challenge 1
Two people who are good at reading maps (Mal & Michael)
are blindfolded and taken to a wine cellar. The wine cellar has a map
(which they don't know is upside down) which only shows a few basic lines for
roads (no names of streets or suburbs are marked) and an X to indicate where
they are. The rest of the group are taken to their starting locations.
But they are blindfolded to, so they have no idea where they are starting the
search from. One group start in a car (Angela, Emily & Hal)
and the others in a helicopter (Brooke, Fiona & Shane).
Each group is given a key and both keys are needed to open the wine cellar.
They have 1 hour. The group loses contact with the car group, while
searching for the wine cellar. Hal asks some locals for directions, but
still can't find it. Only the helicopter group finds Mal and Michael.
So they don't win $10,000.
Challenge 2
They need two people who are considered competitive. That's
Hal and Mal, who are taken away. The rest of the group are
told they get to have a relaxing afternoon by playing sports, but to make things
interesting the loser of each of the sports must serve dinner that night.
They are divided into three sports: Fencing (Brooke vs Emily),
Canoeing (Michael vs Shane) and Croquet (Angela vs Fiona).
The two competitive ones (Hal and Mal) are watching each of the
sports on hidden cameras. They are to correctly predict the outcome of at
least two of the matches. They guess 2 out of 3 correctly and win $5,000.
Challenge 3
The group must choose the person who would make a good policeman.
They choose Fiona. She is sent off and trained how to be a
detective. The rest receive invitations to a party at a mansion.
Their job is for one member to steal a trinket box at the party without being
caught by the detective. Fiona watches the party on security
cameras. They have 15 minutes to commit the crime. Afterwards the
detective interviews each of the group members individually to try and determine
who stole the trinket box . If Fiona works out who did it and how,
she wins a free pass. Otherwise the group win the money. Fiona
blames Mal for the crime, but it was Emily (who she believed the
most) who stole it.
