The eliminated contestants are back together again. Charlie
finally apologizes for his bad words to Kate.
They are asked who they think the Mole is now and who will win.

Jim joins the other eliminated people. Then the winner comes
in, it's...

So this only means one thing: The Mole is...
Kathryn
Jim had 13 of the 25 questions right. Steve had 16 right. So
Steve wins $510,000.
We also hear Kate thought Kathryn was the Mole in the first two episodes, but
changed her mind afterwards. Charlie had voted for her from day 1.
So Steve and Jim had worked together. But both of them bonded with other people
too. Jim with Jennifer and Steve with Charlie. They used those friendships to
get rid of other players, including eventually their own friends they bonded
with. But in the last episode they had to play against each other.
What did Kathryn do?
The hostage rescue: she wasted a lot of time. She tried that in
all the timed challenges. When Anderson told them they had the wrong place,
Kathryn still managed to convince the group to search for the place anyway.
Before the dice challenge happened, Kathryn and Wendi had been talking. They also talked about shaving their heads and Kathryn said she'd never do that. Then afterwards she made sure the production gave her that challenge in the dice challenge.
In the sniper challenge she thought it would be best to just get
shot and so she did.
In the resourceful team, she did lots of things. She knew the van would break down anyway, so she let Steve waste lots of time trying to get it fixed. At a certain point she distracted Steve, who was supposed to find the way with the pictures. But by distracting him, they went the wrong way.
In the fortress she wanted to stand in the center. She knew Jim
and Steve wouldn't allow her, so she said she did NOT want to be in the center.
Her reversed psychology worked and she ended up in the center of the fortress.
When she cried afterwards she wanted to get the mother in Kate awake so she
wouldn't suspect KAthryn anymore.
In the art challenge, they other art pieces were all very basic, not using lots of material, but she added a lot of objects to their art piece.
She didn't know about the axe throwing challenge, so she really was afraid. She really fainted. She continued, because she thought it would look very suspicious if she stopped then.
In the hotel rooms challenge she wanted to let the challenge succeed. She tried her best to win, but couldn't win. She says they were chatting like school girls on the phone. (I don't know who she means, either she and Steve or Jim and Steve)
Hidden clues
In the first episode, the contestants had to re-pack their luggage. Anderson showed one bag as an example. It was Kathryn's.
When they had to figure out which watch was real and which wasn't, they were deciding about which one to choose. Kathryn said to just 'pull the trigger'. However, the contestants weren't informed on forehand that the watch they chose, would be shot.
The word 'MOLE' has four letters and Kathryn was introduced fourth in the first episode.
