Day 1
In the middle of the desert, the contestants are taken to a
warehouse with helicopters. Their first test is to do a skydive from a plane. Manuel
is afraid of heights. (or is he just playing?) Jim jumps and lands first,
followed by Wendi, Kathryn, Kate, Manuel (who did
jump anyway), Steve, Henry and Afi. But where are Henry
and Jennifer. They don't see them anywhere. Why don't they jump? But
eventually they do see them. Their first test's a succes. $75,000 in the kitty.
They contestants travel to Paris. In the evening they can go and explore Paris,
but if they don't return by midnight, they will have to pay $10,000. After an
evening out in Paris, they get together to decide whether they will go back on
time or not. Manuel really wants to see the city and wants to stay. But
the rest want to go back and so they all go back to the hotel..
Day 2
In the confessions we hear Jim say he wants to avert other people
so they will suspect him instead of the Mole. The contestants are taken to a
city in the south of France. Five of them are taken straight to the hotel (Afi,
Jim, Kate, Manuel, Steve), but the other five (Charlie,
Henry, Jennifer, Kathryn, Wendi) are left behind
with the luggage of everyone. They have to re-pack their and the other's
luggage. They have to decide what pieces of clothing they won't pack and what
they will. Jennifer and Henry find a notebook in Afi's bag.
They read through it to see if she could be the Mole. Charlie packs Steve's
bag and only packs one tennis shoe.
In the van, Henry says they shouldn't tell the others who packed what. Jennifer
disagrees and there's some kind of argument.
Day 3
For the next challenge they get 15 minutes to examine the
profiles of all ten contestants. After that, they have to choose two people with
a good memory. Kathryn and Afi are chosen. They have to solve a
sum containing info about the contestants. These are things like 'Charlie's
shoe size + number of times Jim's heart has been broken'. The solution
gives them a pin number of 4 numbers. They get a bank card with which they can
get 500 French Francs from a Fr
ench
bank. They get 2 hours to do this. They can ask for help from the other
contestnts, but that'll cost them 15 minutes. Kathryn and Afi can
figure out the code without help. To get to the bank, Afi wants Jim
to help finding it, because he can speak French. With one hour and 22 minutes
left, they go find the bank on bicycle. Kathryn stays in case the
number's wrong and they need more help. Afi and Jim get 3 tries at
the bank.
Meanwhile the others are waiting in another room. They are not allowed to talk
about what was on the profiles. The camera crew has left, but they don't know
they're being filmed by a hidden camera.
Afi is a bit suspicious of Jim, because it seems he's guiding them
the wrong way. But they finally arrive at the ATM. Afi gives in the
number and it works!! They win $50,000. But then Jim comes up with a plan
to get an exemption from the first execution. He wants to keep the money hostage
with Afi and Kathryn. They call Kathryn and tell her about
it. She asks Anderson (the host), but he doesn't want it. Back with the group,
it is explained to the rest and Charlie doesn't really like this. He
thinks they should work together as a team.

shows them a video in which Wendi is caught breaking a rule. She said to Charlie:"So
your heart has never been broken?" And Charlie replied with "Never."
This costs the group $10,000.
During dinner, Steve finds a note in a napkin. He wants to pass it to Kathryn,
but she gives it back to him. The note read "The fun has just begun, but
for one the fun is done".
Suspicious
Jim wanted to
keep the money hostage to gain an exemption together with Afi and Kathryn.
Charlie didn't pack all of Steve's things in the bag.
Wendi cost the group $10,000, by talking about information on the
profiles.
Jennifer and Henry argued, causing a bad atmosphere.
