Initial Fee: The Initial Fee covers the cost of designing and setting up the website. It is a one time fee. The Initial Fee varies from site to site depending on the size of the site, the amount of graphics necessary, whether a logo exists, and the amount of user interaction needed.
Domain Name Fee: The domain name fee is $50. It is ownership of your domain name for example: www.restaurant.com. Ownership of the domain name lasts for one year. After that year the company, Network Solutions, will email a message saying that it is time to renew or end your ownership of your domain name.
Monthly Server Fees: The Yearly Server Fee is $85 for text and graphics sites, and $125 for sites that include MP3, RealAudio, or MPEG Video. It is the cost of keeping the website on the internet. Server Fees do not begin until the website is agreed upon and a free month is also given.
