Database Administrator and designer at the Center For Monitoring Research. Design and implementation of database and software system to track and analyze worldwide atmospheric radionuclide activity to support the comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty. Worked with analyst analyzing the data to verify software results. Designed, implemented and administered database scheme to store incoming sample data, analysis results, reporting and maintenance of data. Wrote Pro*C and C programs to parse, store, analyze and report results of large volumes of sample data from multiple worldwide sampling stations. Developed GUI's using ORACLE Forms, Reports and Graphics for data maintenance, manipulation and reporting. Trained and directed developers and nuclear scientist in the development and use of Oracle tools and Pro*C. Coordinated development.
SAIC 1992-1994
Software and Database Developer
SAIC on the OSS Naval command and control system (OSS/GCCS) and military medical projects. Projects entailed design and implementation of Oracle and Sybase databases to test their suitability to the project, system and data analysis, and installation and setup of UNIX(HP9000) development network. OSS/GCCS work included writing and designing software and GUI's in X/Motif, C, Pro*C, SQL FORMS 30/40, PL/SQL and Aster*x ELF on UNIX operating system for war game simulator, intersystem message generator, and historical data retrieval and reporting system. Training personnel in the use of software systems and Oracle CDE tools to modify and develop reports and maintain database for Naval Command and Control system. Installed the software and trained client in it’s use at CNO at Pentagon. Consulting work at IBM on AAS project setting up software testing results tracking system using PARADOX PAL and Forms.

Working for CDI under contract for IBM on the Air Traffic control project. Responsibilities have been. Analyzing JOVIAL and assembler code for the NAS software documentation, flowcharting the code using COREL
DRAW!, uploading charts to a VM system and formatting the document using Book Master. Created PARADOX PAL program for software test data tracking and presentation. Put out weekly reports on the progress of software testing program status using PARADOX, Harvard Graphics, MVS and VM database systems. Wrote REXX and PAL programs to make the report process more efficient. Responsible for some MVS library and file access privileges and maintenance. Writing Programs in C++ and BASIC for to support software testing process.
