Rachael can go from little "Miss Sweet and Innocent" to the "Rachael Monster" in about 5 seconds, as you can see !! :0) . She is very ornery, (and she knows it) but she always has a big smile on her face. Her beautiful little smile can brighten any room! She is such a sweet and loving little girl, very friendly and outgoing, with so much charm that it just melts your heart. She loves to draw, paint, and color, and likes to listen to music, and dance. Future ballerina? Maybe so-she's pretty good! On the other hand, Rachael is also a little dare devil, who is scared of NOTHING! She just dives right into things and keeps up with the big kids. Rachael knows how to assert herself that's for sure. She might be small but she certainly is mighty. :0) She is truely amazing! |

Shaun is just the opposite. He is usually very serious, and he has to think everything out. You can almost see the wheels turning in his mind. He has the most incredible memory. At 3 1/2 he is already reading small words and can recite "A Mother for Choco" word for word! He also knows his own adoption story (as well as his sister's) by heart and tells us he remembers his foster mother feeding him bottles! (with his memory-you just never know! lol) His love of learning is no surprise to us, as he has loved books since he was just 6 months old. Shaun is also a very sensitive and shy child. He sticks close to mommy and daddy until he is comfortable and then he ventures in full swing. He has a great sense of humor, and a big deep belly laugh that is contagious. He is truely amazing! |

These two are the best of friends. They get along great together, and wherever you find one, you are bound to find the other. Of course they have their differences and sibling squabbles, but what family doesn't? Shaun looks out for his little sister, and tries to keep her out of trouble. (Sometimes I hear my own "voice" come out of his mouth-lol! ) Rachael always thinks of Shaun, and is great about sharing. If she gets a snack, or treat of somekind, she makes sure to get one for her big brother, Shaun. We are so blessed with these two wonderful kids! |
