1.30pm Get lost in Consett bike maze, an earthwork eight feet deep that you really can ride your bike around. Earnest discussions as to whether this is technically a maze or a labyrinth. 2pm Earnest discussions as to whether Guinness is technically a drink or a liquid lunch. Either side of the pub lunch stop we're still piling along the Waskerley old railway line at delightful speed.
