- Assist in research, approval and purchase of all computer equipment and software acquisitions.
- Participated in preparation and fix of the Y2K bug with 100% success.
- Setup, designed, and maintained numerous Ethernet networks running WindowsNT 4.0, Exchange Server 5.5, and MS SQL 6.5.
- Setup and configured numerous Windows NT 4.0 Servers.

- Assisted in the creation of a web base reporting system using MS SQL 6.5 and IIS.

- Assisted in the migration of the organization�s network from Novell 3.12, involving over 150 user accounts, to Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 and Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0.
